Here's what you need to know:
Films must be two minutes in length.
Entries must be portraits of individuals.
Entries must be 100% TRUE or 100% FALSE.
Entries may be shot in any format but must be submitted in a hi-res QuickTime file.
The director must live in Missouri and attend the event.
$20 entry for each entry. No limit on entries per person.
Submission fee is waved if submitted on or before January 24th, 2014.
