Friday, July 29th is a big day here at Ragtag, people. We open both Captain Fantastic and Café Society that day!

Café Society is the latest comedy from Woody Allen. Set in 1930s Hollywood, it follows Bobby Dorfman (Jesse Eisenberg), a naïve young man from the Bronx, as he movies to Hollywood, gets a job as an errand boy, and falls in love with his Uncle Phil's (Steve Carell) secretary Vonnie (Kristen Stewart). Jeannie Berlin, Blake Lively, Corey Stoll and Parker Posey co-star. Watch the trailer right here.

Captain Fantastic (which took home the Best Director prize at Cannes) is about an idealistic father (Viggo Mortensen) who raises his six children off the grid, aspiring to turn them into extraordinary adults. When tragedy strikes, the family is forced to leave its isolated existence and experience the outside world. Watch the trailer here.
