Crisis Management

Capitalism: A Love Story, Michael Moore’s latest call to arms against big business coruption, begins this weekend. We hope you join us this Friday, Oct. 29 at 5:30 for the film's premiere and a Q&A with one of Moore's interviewees, William Black. An Associate Professor of Economics and Law at UMKC, Black served as a deputy director at the former Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corp. during the thrift crisis of the 1980s and wrote about the experience in his widely praised book, The Best Way to Rob a Bank Is to Own One. Click here to watch a recent interview with Black on PBS' "Bill Moyers Journal."
