CoMo Famous: 2023

Support your favorite local celebrity(ies) and the good work of Ragtag Film Society!

CoMo Famous is our annual celebration of cinema & community while raising money for Ragtag Film Society, the nonprofit that runs Ragtag Cinema and True/False Film Fest. During CoMo Famous, five prominent Columbians each selected a film to show—one night only at Ragtag Cinema. Contestants compete to raise the most money between selling out their screening, inspiring donations, and other fun events between now and June 21.

Screening Event Tickets are $20 each

In addition to screening one of their fave must-see films at Ragtag, each contestant will host an evening to remember that's full of surprises. Events start at 6:30pm, films start at 7pm.

The 2023 winner will be announced at the Ragtag Cinema birthday party on June 24. Donate at least $10 to any (or all!) contestant(s) for your invite to the birthday party extravaganza—space for this event is limited, so once you've given, keep an eye out for RSVP information. Donations can be made using the link on each contestant’s page or by adding a donation onto your CoMo Famous screening ticket purchase.
