From Academy Award-winning director Bong Joon-Ho (Parasite) comes his latest black comedy exploration of labor and capital, an adaptation of Edward Ashton’s novel Mickey7. Tired of being broke on Earth, Mickey Barnes (Robert Pattinson) decides to take a job as an “expendable,” a disposable clone worker on a colonized ice planet. When one of his clones, “Mickey 17,” is incorrectly declared dead, both Mickey 17 and the new Mickey 18 are forced to consider the implications of their harsh labor conditions.
