No Other Land

Since childhood, Palestinian activist Basel Adra has documented the violent occupation of his home Masafer Yatta by the Israeli military in the occupied West Bank. When Israeli journalist Yuval decides to join Basel’s resistance against the destruction of his home, the two must reconcile the extreme inequality that structures their very existence in the land they were both born in. Produced as an act of creative resistance by a collective of Palestinian-Israeli filmmakers and activists, No Other Land is nominated for Best Documentary at the 2025 Academy Awards.
